Hi, I’m Tamara. I’m a realtor, business owner, and mother.
I’ve spent years as a sales and operations leader for a large company and my real estate experience is a powerful combination of passion for the field and industry experience.
My Journey To Real Estate
I spent over 19 years in the healthcare field and after the birth of my daughter, I worked my way up to a Director of Operations and Sales role at one of New Jersey’s leading providers of orthopedic and prosthetic devices. I became a thought leader, change-maker, and key negotiator as my company worked with organizations like the Department of Veteran Affairs, Medicare Legislators, and The Ossur Women's Leadership Initiative.
While that role might seem like a far cry from Realty, the key skills I learned there (leadership, advocating for clients, negotiating) are ones I use every day to help my clients buy and sell homes.
I bring compassion and expertise to my work and, as someone who grew up along the Jersey Shore, I know how amazing life is here.
I love hopping in the car with my daughter after school and escaping to the Belmar boardwalk, meeting friends for coffee by the beach in Asbury, and taking in the sun along the shoreline in Spring Lake and I’m passionate about helping others find their Jersey Shore moments too.

My Realty Experience
I know from experience that there’s so much to consider when choosing your realtor. So, while my advocacy for you as a client and my network of trusted professionals are amazing assets I also know you want someone with experience.
My experience includes spending my first year in the field working for one of the top teams in the state. During that time, I assisted with helping over 150 families in the sale or purchase of their dream home.
Since then, I’ve struck out on my own but not without giving back and staying connected to my field and my community. I help families, individuals, and investors buy and sell homes in Monmouth and Ocean counties and love working with clients who are looking to buy and sell beach town real estate.
I’m currently a sitting member of both the Monmouth Ocean Board of Realtors Education Committee and the Monmouth Ocean Business and Technology Committee. I’m also a Certified Pricing Strategy Analyst who’s ready to help you secure the right house and the right price.
